Rates
$100 per 50-minute session (see below re: insurance; self pay may be subject to discount for payment on date of service.)

Insurance
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits, and can I see providers who are not in network?
• What is my deductible and and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount  and co-pay or coinsurance per therapy session  for in net work vs. out of network providers?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

             
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash or check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a late cancellation fee, not covered by insurance.
